"My wife, who happens to be a Realtor on the east coast of Florida, and I were visiting Naples area several years scouting the place for a second home. We ate a late lunch then went strolling by the marina and saw a Realtor working at her desk on the weekend. We walked in and Nina helped us right away and gave us a card. Years passed, we both kept in touch and we were finally ready to buy. Nina is an absolute professional and knows her market well. She is a good negotiator and we would strongly recommend her services to all that are interested in buying in the Naples or surrounding area. My wife feels the same way.

We were trying to buy the house we'd been renting for 3 years but the owner was giving us a bit of a runaround, making things difficult. I went online to search for comparable homes and somehow found Nina. I told her what was going on, and even though she would not have made a penny if we bought directly from the owner, she gave me great information and advice on proper procedure and how to negotiate with the seller of our rental home. She was very helpful, patient and understanding. She said call her back if we had more questions. We went back to the owner and tried again to negotiate but realized it wasn't going to work out, so we called Nina back. We told her our wants, needs, budget and timeframe, and she found us the PERFECT house for the same price except the new house had a screened in pool. We LOVE our new home and would definitely recommend Nina to help you find your own place.

"Nina sold our home very quickly and for close to asking price. (97%) She was extremely successful in generating interest in the property, holding open houses and learning about potential buyers. Our new home would not be ready for 4 to 6 months after we put our existing home on the market. She was aware we needed to find a place to live if our home sold in less time. This was to issue that helped the sale. The customer need time before they could move in and the ability for us to lease back the home gave them the time and some additional income. This clinched the sale. I will definitely recommend Nina to all that need a real estate agent.

I intended to take a full 6 months to research the best property for us and, I dreaded the thought of spending long hours driving the area and searching for the properties that checked all of our boxes. We decided to begin the research on line and go from there.... well, within 4 minutes of requesting info on a property, Nina Burkhardt called us! I explained we had 6 months to find the perfect home, she took down all our wishes and proceeded to start sending us properties we had missed or overlooked. We grew more excited and I wanted to see the area for myself. We made an appointment with Nina to meet her on a Saturday morning. I reiterated that we were not going to buy anytime soon. She wan't fazed and devoted the entire day to showing us the area's highlights and the homes she had selected. At the end of the day, we had become good friends and I committed to Nina that she would be our realtor for this search. Long story short, one of the homes was perfect; we made an offer and we were closing within 6 weeks. Nina is low key, genuine, straightforward and very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend her.

My husband and I worked with Nina for a couple of years before we found our condo on Marco Island. She patiently showed us all the different possibilities so we could see what we wanted and didn’t want. Nina was very professional and always got back to us when we had a question. If we ever need a realtor for another service I would call Nina! She is the best!!
