Nina Burkhardt is a friendly, award winning real estate professional specializing in Southwest Florida for over 22 years.

Prior to real estate,  Nina traveled the southeastern United States using her extensive background in journalism and radio broadcasting to help small AM Radio stations establish new programming, training on-air staff, commercial production, copywriting, and live talk show interviewing.

After a hiatus to raise her three sons, Nina spent a couple of years working in the mortgage industry before shifting into real estate, a field that had always appealed to her.  Her knowledge of mortgage lending continues to be a valuable asset in her real estate transactions.

Nina's focus is in the Residential sector of real estate, having sold New Construction and Resale properties in Tampa, Orlando, Ft Myers, Bonita Springs, Naples, Port of the Islands, and Marco Island.
